1. Unique Handcrafted Nature & Gemstones
One-of-a-Kind Items: Every piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted using natural crystals and gemstones. Because these are natural materials, individual stones may feature organic variations in color, texture, inclusion lines, and natural flashes of light.
Product Imagery: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our items as accurately as possible. However, exact appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
2. Custom Orders
Design Approval: For custom wire-wrapped pieces, design specifications and stone choices will be agreed upon before fabrication begins.
Final Sale: Once production starts, custom orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required up front before an order is packaged or production begins on a custom piece. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items will be securely packed and dispatched via USPS within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Shipping Address: The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Carrier Delays & Loss: Once an item is handed over to USPS, delivery times and handling are out of our hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or items marked "delivered" by USPS that are stolen or missing.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is strictly enforced to protect the nature of handmade art:
Custom Items: Absolutely no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted on custom work.
Eligibility: Returns for standard items are only accepted if the item arrives significantly different from the photos provided in the listing.
Timeframe: You must contact us and initiate the return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Shipping: The buyer is strictly responsible for all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.
Refund Issuance: A full refund of the purchase price will be issued only after the item arrives back to us safely and in its original, unworn condition.
6. Jewelry Care & Liability Disclaimer
Care Instructions: Wire-wrapped jewelry is delicate wearable art. It should be handled with care, kept away from prolonged moisture, harsh chemicals, and strenuous physical activity.
Wear and Tear: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, accidental drops, normal wear and tear, or gemstone breakage after delivery.
