Your journey begins by heading over to the Custom Orders page to fill out the request form. You’ll share the essentials: the type of jewelry you're looking for, your budget, sizing, and your preferred metal style. This is also where we discuss the star of the show—the stone! Whether you have a specific gem in mind from my collection (like a flash-heavy labradorite, an intricate agate, or a glowing moonstone) or a specific vibe you're chasing, we will lock down the foundation of your piece here.

2. Giving Life to the Vision (Creative Freedom)

Once we have established the structural boundaries—like your exact size, chosen stone, and metal preferences—the creative freedom is handed over to the artist. True magic happens when the materials dictate the flow. While your initial input sets the stage, the intricate details, layout, and final aesthetic architecture are left entirely to my creative hands to ensure you get a truly one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

3. Production & Timeline

Because every twist, wrap, and setting is done by hand with precision and care, quality takes time. Custom orders carry a 6-week turnaround time from the date the final design foundation is agreed upon and the deposit is paid. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking the moment your finished piece is securely packaged and on its way to you.

4. Custom Order Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the highly personalized nature of custom work, the sourcing of specific materials, and the hours of dedicated labor involved, there are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom pieces once production has begun.
